Reviewed customer drawings, referencing GD&T to identify critical features and tolerance requirements for each profile
Designed 3 GO/NOGO gauges across automotive and lighting fixture profiles (Specific names cannot be shared)
3D printed the gauges in-house and verified dimensional accuracy against a calibrated reference part before deploying on the production floor
Results?
Reduced inspection time by 40% across affected part numbers and standardized the inspection process
